Mixed-Media Map Making for Self-Discovery

Embark on a journey of self discovery with mixed-media map making! This class gives participants the tools and techniques needed to create mixed-media maps of their personal journeys. You will learn how to make maps of your stories and experiences. In the end, you will have created a personal visual atlas of your life.

All materials are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring maps and images they would like to recycle into their art.

Class Fee: $65 (see above for SUGGESTED materials to bring)

This class is open to students age 16 and up.

The Companion Suit in Action Tele-Class

Using a combination of guided visualization, journaling, discussion, storytelling, and creative exercises, we will explore different ways the animals in our Companion Suits can inspire us to live more authentic and creative lives. You will leave with a collaborative action plan to put your Companion Suit to work for you.
